Are all the items handmade?
Yes, the majority of items here on our website are handmade in our Lincolnshire workshop.
Shipping
We are based in the UK in Lincolnshire, and so are happy to send orders anywhere in the UK free of charge.
We are pleased when someone from oversees is interested in buying our items and so we can also offer International shipping but priced on application depending on where you would like us to send the order. Please ask using our contact us page for the price of shipping.
Returns & Refunds
If you decide you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us and return the item as sold in original packaging within 21 days of purchase and we will refund your money.
Buyer to pay return costs.
In addition to the current items that are featured on this website, all items can be crafted in gold or platinum. If there is anything you require that is not shown please ask and our jeweller will be in touch to discuss your ideas.
Gold Plating
All of the items on the website can be 18ct Gold Plated for a small extra charge - please ask
